One thing so, my advice. Be consistent. Always. Be consistent. I would suggest instead of you going to the caves and practice bodhicitta for – what you call it – ten, twenty hours every day, ten hours every day for one month, and then forget the bodhicitta altogether for another year, I would rather, you think about the bodhicitta every day five minutes, but always, consistently. This will habituate yourself into the bodhicitta.
