I am very inspired by the Zen method. I think it is very good for the modern people. Specially the concept, the method Zazen. You don’t do anything. You just go to the Zen temple and sit. All they tell you to do is sit. You sit sit sit sit sit. Nine hours, six hours, three hours. You just sit. Facing a wall. You just sit. Wonderful idea. Because when you sit at least this door of perception is closed. Then you are at last looking inside. Otherwise try this today. When you go home, sit on your sofa in your living room for two minutes doing nothing. You can’t. You will not be able to sit two minutes doing nothing.
