Then there is many techniques like you are supposed to think it does work, you can try. And I warn you, these things initially will cause a little bit of sadness and depression but you asked for it this is the sort of in the package so you know doesn’t really matter. What you are supposed to do is, when you say, when you apart from your friend for instance like this afternoon, you should really think like yes this is it, I might never see him or her. Don’t say this of course. But this is how you should think. This is it, this maybe my last time shaking hands with this person. Or go to like I don’t know, Hyde Park.
